30-day returns
You may return any unopened, unused item in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is complimentary for EU, UK and US customers; a flat $18 fee applies elsewhere.
How to start a return
Email concierge@revora.co with your order number. We will issue a prepaid label (where eligible) and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our atelier.
Non-returnable items
Bespoke, personalised and vehicle-specific custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. Consumables (ceramic coatings, detailing sprays) cannot be returned once opened.
Lifetime warranty
Every REVORA product carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are handled by replacement or repair at our discretion.
Faulty on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
